Investigation for individuals
Child custody investigations in Paris
Documenting your child’s real living conditions with the other parent, to enlighten the family court with facts, not accusations.
After a separation, one parent’s word stands against the other’s. When you have serious grounds to fear for your child’s well-being, neglect, risky associations, substance use, unsuitable schedules, a factual and fair investigation lets the judge rule with full knowledge.
The framework: the child’s best interest
Article 373-2-11 of the French Civil Code invites the judge to consider the parents’ past practices and gathered information when setting residence and visiting rights. A detective’s report, obtained fairly in public space, is admissible in that debate.
What we document
- Care conditions during residence periods (schedules, supervision, third parties present)
- Non-compliance with visiting rights or alternating residence
- Risky behaviour: dangerous driving with the child, substance use, unsuitable outings
- Systematic delegation of care to third parties
A neutral investigation: never “for the prosecution”
Our report states what we observed, including when the observed conditions are good. That neutrality is what gives it probative force before the Paris family judges. We refuse any assignment amounting to control or harassment of the ex-spouse.
