Data collected
Via the contact form: name or pseudonym, contact detail and a free description of your situation, with your explicit consent. This data is used exclusively to assess your request and contact you back. No data is sold, rented or shared with third parties.
Legal basis and retention
Processing rests on your consent and on pre-contractual measures at your request (article 6 GDPR). Requests not followed by an assignment are deleted at the latest 12 months after the last contact. Investigation files are a distinct processing, governed by the French Internal Security Code and professional secrecy.
Your rights
You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection. Exercise them by e-mail at contact@prometheus-detectives.com. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data-protection authority.
Security
Access to requests is restricted to authorised detectives, bound by professional secrecy; hosting in France; secure destruction of data at the end of retention.
