Our approach

Discretion is our profession: this site runs without advertising cookies, third-party trackers or audience measurement. Your browsing here feeds no ad network and no analytics tool.

What this site actually stores

Three things, nothing more: the pll_language cookie, which remembers your language choice (French, English, Spanish) and is exempt from consent under the French CNIL guidelines; your optional accessibility preference (contrast, text size), saved under the pp_a11y key in your browser’s local storage and never transmitted to anyone; the technical cookies of the Complianz banner manager (cmplz_ prefix, which remember your choice and nothing else); and, where applicable, security cookies protecting the contact form. All are functional and exempt from consent.

External resources: everything is served from our own server

Fonts, images, video thumbnails and even the Google reviews displayed on this site are hosted on our own server: no request goes to Google Fonts, a review CDN or a video platform while you read. There are two exceptions, and you trigger them yourself: when you click a video, the player loads from youtube-nocookie.com (YouTube then receives your IP address); when you click “Show the map”, Google Maps loads on the contact page (Google then receives your IP address). The appointment link is a plain link to an external site: nothing loads here until you follow it.

What is this site’s banner for?

The banner shown on your first visit is managed by the Complianz plugin. Its role here is mainly informative: no advertising tracker or analytics tool waits for your agreement, whatever you choose. Declining removes nothing, since nothing is set beyond the technical cookies listed above. We built a site with nothing to hide behind its banner.

Managing your preferences

You can set your browser to block all cookies: the site will keep working fully, except possibly the contact form (anti-abuse protection) and the memory of your language choice.
